CUSTOM DESIGN #1 — LAYZEE030 x ALONE

This one started from a casual TikTok chat with Layzee030
that quickly turned into, “Yeah alright, let’s build something real."
I grabbed the ideas already on the table, ran them through generative
AI for variations, then chopped and changed parts an elements once
converted to SVG to get the particulars right.
Once solid, I refined everything in Affinity, and upscaled
each element for test print.

The final design in four parts:


LAYZEE TEXT — Picked from a batch of about ten concepts.
This one had the right attitude straight away.
Test run showed breaks in the ink  so i checked my design and
will raise it with the manufacturer.
Very highly quality image samples, shouldn't have gaps in it at all.
030 TEXT — Same process, but pushed a different red to give the
numbers their own identity and weight. Came out great on test run.


QUOTE TEXT — “What the F** you gonna do?”
A line from Layzee’s music that slotted perfectly into the
theme and hit on multiple levels. Original upscale introduced black
edges that, in the test print look unfinished, so they have been
adjusted, converting the source back to an SVG with clean edges.

CHARACTER — Based on one of Layzee’s original characters.
I generated a stack of variations, shortlisted a finalists pool,
and built the final from there. The unrefined borders blend into
the black nicely, but test run did show patches of white i'd missed
and now have been filled or edited on final.

The collaboration was already strong, but having complete
creative freedom meant I could go deeper and deliver
something that genuinely impressed.

A huge bonus for AloneTees is the leftover assets —
characters, elements, textures, backgrounds.
All reusable. Nothing wasted.
Everything feeding into the next thing.
