How we ship
All Alonetees products are printed on demand and shipped directly from our print partners’ facilities in Victoria, Australia.
Processing time
Orders are sent to production within 24 hours of payment.
Printing usually takes 2–7 business days.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves the facility.
Estimated delivery times
Australia: 5–10 business days after printing
USA & Canada: 5–12 business days after printing
UK & Europe: 5–15 business days after printing
Rest of World: 7–20 business days after printing
These are estimates only. Customs delays, peak season demand, or courier issues can occasionally extend delivery times.
Shipping costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We currently offer tracked shipping only — so you always know where your order is.
Customs, duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to import taxes or duties in your country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.
Incorrect address or failed delivery
Please double-check your address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, reshipping costs will apply.
Lost or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, contact us at leaveme@alonetees.com with your order number and details. We’ll work with our print partners to make it right.
