Refund policy

We print every Alonetees product on demand — just for you —
which means we don’t hold stock and can’t simply swap items out.
For that reason:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind

Ordering the wrong size or colour

Deciding you don’t like the design after ordering

Please double-check the size guide and product details before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect

We stand by the quality of our work. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or printing error, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.

To start a claim, email leaveme@alonetees.com within 7 days of receiving your order with:

Your order number

A clear description of the issue

Photos showing the defect or printing error

Once we verify the issue, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Important Notes

We cannot accept returns for minor print variations common to print-on-demand production (slight colour shifts, small alignment differences).

Claims made after 7 days may not be eligible.

All refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
