Our Products Are Excellent — Our Shipping Times Suck.

(Out of the packet on to the hanger, awesome quality)

Let’s talk about transparency.

I use OGO for my print-on-demand apparel, and while the product quality is solid, the delivery side is a disaster. Every single order has been delayed beyond the timeframe they promise — and I don’t mean by a day or two.

When you’re a small creator trying to run a business, those delays aren’t just inconvenient, they wreck trust. You’re told “3–7 business days,” and it’s weeks later with the same copy-paste response: “We’re experiencing high volumes.”

I even went down there in person once — after showing up to their old address still listed online (lol). When I finally found the right place, the people were nice, but when I asked why they don’t show off their setup — which actually looked great — the answer I got was, “Oh, I don’t know, I don’t have anything to do with that.”

That says it all. This isn’t hate, it’s honesty.

The prints? Great. The delivery? Trash.

If you’re a small brand thinking of jumping onto OGO, just know what you’re in for.

Until they get their process sorted, I’ll keep using them (for now), but I won’t hide how broken the system feels. If we’re all building from the ground up, we deserve better than silence and excuses.
